Job Overview

UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our team. As a Team Partner in the Production Department, you will help keep our fleet moving by prepping our trucks for delivering product to customers. We offer a 5‑day work week with Saturday and Sunday off, a 40‑hour work week, and immediate onboarding with on‑the‑job training.

We offer a 40‑hour work week and weekends off.

What you’ll be doing

Load garments and additional facility service products onto trucks in preparation for route deliveries.
Follow all safety policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines.
Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.

Qualifications

High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
Must be at least 18 years of age or older to operate machinery.
Ability to stand for an 8‑hour shift.
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units in weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
