About Us

In 2020, a group of senior technology and product experts from Google and Verily China decided to delve into the intelligent digitalization of life science clinical research. Their findings resulted in AlphaLife Sciences, a pioneer in the fusion of life sciences and AI computer science as an AI-enabled integrated clinical research platform. Our flagship product, AuroraPrime, integrates Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into a powerful AI-driven SaaS platform.

Trusted by global top MNCs, our innovations accelerate drug development and market entry. We are committed to globalizing AuroraPrime to enhance clinical trials and real-world research by leveraging cutting-edge AI, cloud computing, and big data. We help our clients achieve clinical operational efficiency, automate processes, and make smarter decisions to get their products to market faster.

We are proud partners with Microsoft's Pegasus Program, Google for Startups, and Johnson & Johnson Innovation JLABS, delivering cutting-edge solutions like Generative AI-Copiloted Medical Writing, Intelligent EDC and Data Management, and Agile Trial Management.

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to own delivery across multiple client projects at once. Based in the US and client-facing, you'll be the bridge between our clients, our US team, and our China-based technical counterparts, turning client requirements into clearly prioritized work, keeping projects on timeline, and making sure we never commit beyond what our global R&D capacity can deliver. This is a high-visibility role: leadership will rely on you for an accurate, current picture of priorities and resource allocation across the company.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, keeping each on timeline and escalating priorities based on client need
Serve as a client-facing project lead; partner with our China-based team to align global technical resources and capabilities
Build and run a ranking process for client feature requests: assess priority against product strategy, and assign work to the right product manager
Capture missing or ambiguous client requirements and translate them into actionable, prioritized tasks
Give leadership clear visibility into project priorities and internal resource allocation
Help internal teams understand upcoming projects and resource commitments so we don't overcommit on client expectations
Balance client expectations against R&D capacity and align global resource planning
Work cross-functionally with Business Development and Product Specialists, grounded in knowledge of the product roadmap
Stay hands-on: dig into bugs and feature behavior yourself to understand what clients are experiencing
Develop deep product expertise in AuroraPrime, becoming an expert across several document types over time

Qualifications

8-12 years of project management experience, ideally with enterprise SaaS products
Technical background required; consulting experience a plus
Able to quickly grasp complex business processes and anticipate the broad impact of changes in a live system
Strong people skills: you can negotiate priority setting, adapt under pressure, and articulate decisions clearly to clients, leadership, and engineering
Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient with Jira or similar project management tools
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to have: experience in life sciences or other regulated industries; familiarity with AI/LLM-powered products
