Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure realistic and achievable delivery plans.
Support programme governance, reporting, and risk management activities.

Proven experience managing complex engineering programmes at programme level.
Experience producing and managing detailed project schedules.
Strong understanding of resource planning and load versus capacity management.
Experience using Primavera P6.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
