Work with clients to understand business processes, requirements, priorities, and success criteria so the implementation remains aligned to business objectives.
Coordinate project activities involving integrations with other enterprise platforms such as CAD, ERP, MES, and related business systems.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, driving mitigation, escalation, and resolution before they disrupt delivery.
Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, key workshops, go-live readiness activities, customer acceptance, and project closeout.
