Collaborate across cross-functional teams—engineering, QA, infrastructure, DevOps, security, and vendors—to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating status, risks, and decisions clearly and proactively.
Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks and issues, ensuring adherence to compliance, security, and quality standards.
Prepare clear, executive-ready status updates, dashboards, and materials for leadership and steering committee reviews.
Manage vendor and contract resource performance to ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality commitments.
Act as an advocate for the PMO across the organization, championing consistent project management practices, standards, and governance across teams and business units.
Continuously refine delivery frameworks, tools, and workflows—including AI-enabled solutions—to improve consistency and outcomes across the PM team.
