Project Manager – Central Utilities Building / Incinerator / Wastewater Treatment

PURPOSE

The Project Manager – Central Utilities Building (CUB) / Incinerator / Wastewater Treatment is accountable for the planning and delivery of the utilities and environmental-infrastructure scope within a greenfield API and DP manufacturing campus.

Reporting to the API / DP Greenfield CapEx Project Lead, the role leads the assigned scope from design development through procurement coordination, construction, commissioning, performance testing, qualification where applicable, and operational handover. The role ensures utilities and treatment systems are available, reliable, and capable of supporting campus start‑up and sustained operation.

This position will ultimately be based in New Albany, OH. Initially, however, significant travel to the design firms will be required until the design and construction teams transition onsite, anticipated for mid‑to late summer 2027. Some remote work will also be necessary until an onsite office is established, potentially as early as March 2027.

We would prefer candidates to be currently residing in the Eastern and Midwestern sections of the United States. Relocation is available.
