Project Manager – Substations / Grid Connections

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of substation projects, managing stakeholder relationships, budgets, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Lead multi-functional teams to deliver projects (~£3m per annum).
Manage budgets, risks, and commercial performance.
Develop stakeholder relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Work closely with DNOs and National Grid, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee resource planning, contract management, and supply chain performance.

Requirements:

Proven Project Management experience in substations and connections.
Experience with 33kV+ substations is essential.
Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen.
Degree (or equivalent) in Utilities Management, Project Management, or Engineering.
Full UK driving licence required.
Must be authorised to work in the UK.

Salary £60-£75k dependant on experience.
