About the role

Lead design reviews, run field inspections, and drive corrective items to completion so the build matches design intent and specifications
Prepare and administer contracts, including scope, deliverables, fees, insurance, and compliance requirements
Manage permits, inspections, and occupancy certificates, and lead project close-out
Keep strong client relationships and pursue new work with existing clients, including support on qualifications, proposals, and presentations

What you bring

10+ years in commercial or public-sector construction management, including 5+ years managing APMs or PEs
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Project
Solid grounding in contracts, compliance, scheduling, and budget accuracy
A communicator who leads by example, stays responsive, and focuses on solutions
