Project Manager

Rochester, NY

JK Executive Strategies is proud to partner with a leading local packaging, design, and logistics company in search of a Project Manager to join its team!

Organize and maintain project files, documentation, status reports, and tracking tools to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
Lead pre-production and post-production project reviews, documenting lessons learned and identifying opportunities to strengthen future workflows and business processes.
Develop measurable key performance indicators to evaluate project outcomes and the success of critical growth initiatives.
Support cost-reduction, process-improvement, and operational-efficiency efforts across assigned projects.
Adapt quickly as priorities, timelines, and project needs evolve, shifting effectively between project leadership and focused individual execution.
Perform other duties as assigned.
