We’re hiring a Project Manager at Laboratory Specialists!

We’re a small, experienced team that helps businesses, universities, and other organizations build and maintain laboratory spaces. We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing all the pieces of a project together, from the first set of drawings to the final installation.

What you’ll do:

• Manage laboratory installation projects from planning through completion

• Coordinate contractors, vendors, suppliers, and installation teams

• Keep schedules, materials, budgets, and next steps on track

• Spot design or site issues early and help resolve them

You could be a great fit if you:

• Have project management experience in construction, facilities, specialty installations, or a related field

• Can read construction drawings and specifications

• Communicate clearly, follow through, and enjoy keeping people aligned

• Are willing to learn drafting software; drafting experience is a plus

You’ll work directly with the CEO and have a real opportunity to shape how projects run as the company grows. Laboratory experience is welcome, but it isn’t required.

Location: Remote within the U.S., with limited travel

Salary: Starting at $65,000

Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, and paid holidays
