Company Overview:

The firm is among the most active Qualified Opportunity Zone developers in the country, with a portfolio spanning multifamily, hospitality, retail, office, and mixed-use assets.

That thesis has produced a growing pipeline across Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota, developed both on balance sheet and alongside institutional joint venture partners.

Our client operates as a lean, entrepreneurial team in which senior professionals carry real ownership over their projects and work directly with firm leadership.
