ABOUT THE BUSINESS

Our client is a rapidly growing technology business that partners with manufacturers across the UK to improve operational performance through innovative digital solutions.

This isn't a traditional IT project management role. Instead, it's an opportunity for someone with a manufacturing background to lead customer implementations and help operational teams successfully adopt new technology.

Working closely with internal technical and field-based teams to coordinate successful deployments
Leading regular project governance meetings, providing progress updates and proactively resolving issues before they impact delivery
Supporting customers with training and change management to ensure solutions are successfully adopted within their operation
Using your manufacturing knowledge to understand production challenges and tailor implementations around operational requirements
Ensuring projects are fully validated before sign-off and smoothly transitioned into Business as Usual
Identifying opportunities to improve implementation processes and enhance the overall customer experience
