Global Produkt‑ und Portfoliostrategie entwickeln und unsere Lösungen klar im Markt positionieren.

Gesamtverantwortung für das globale Produktmanagement über mehrere Kategorien: Prothetik, O&P‑Materialien, Equipment und Maschinen. Portfolio‑Roadmaps, Pricing, Positionierung und Produkteinführungen steuern und deren Erfolg sicherstellen. Globale Marketingstrategien definieren und mit den Regionen abstimmen, um eine konsistente Marktpräsenz sicherzustellen. Globale Abstimmung über alle Schnittstellen wie Marketing, Vertrieb, R&D, Quality, Regulatory und Operations. Ein internationales Team führen und entwickeln und eine vertrauensvolle, effiziente Zusammenarbeit fördern.

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im globalen Produktmanagement – idealerweise in der Orthopädie- oder Medizintechnik.

Führungserfahrung in internationalen, cross‑funktionalen Teams. Strategische Stärke kombiniert mit klarer Umsetzungsorientierung. Sichere Kommunikation und ausgeprägtes Stakeholder‑Management. Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Technik oder Medizintechnik; MBA von Vorteil.
