Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

In this role, you will

Lead and Collaborate : Model strong leadership through effective internal communication, peer collaboration, and resource sharing to drive problem-solving and program success.
Oversee Operations and Quality : Monitor intake flow, program census, service delivery, and client satisfaction while ensuring compliance with OASAS, OMIG, and Company standards.
Manage Resources and Staff : Oversee physical plant, staff scheduling, hiring, supervision, and professional development to enhance team performance and client outcomes.
Ensure Accountability and Reporting : Track program productivity, quality assurance, and monthly reporting, while participating in leadership meetings and QA/QI committees.
Represent and Promote : Represent the Company in county/regional coalitions and foster a positive work environment to support staff and client engagement.
