Provide accurate, standardised project data into tracking forms, KPI reports, dashboards and governance meetings.
Manage local stakeholder interfaces including local authorities, highways teams, residents, customers and PC site teams.
Support emergency repairs, leak management and operational handover activities where these intersect with project delivery.

Minimum HNC/HND or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical or civil engineering.
Solid understanding of construction delivery, CDM Regulations, site assurance, QA/QC and heat network or utility interfaces.

Ideal experience

3-6+ years in construction project management, site management, sub-agent, project engineering or project controls roles.

Experience working with Tier 1/Tier 2 contractors, engineering consultancies or client side infrastructure teams.
SMSTS, NEBOSH or IOSH experience desirable where supported by broader project management capability.
