Position: Senior Product Manager

The QualiFind Group is excited to partner with our client in an interesting search for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to shape the strategic direction of a sophisticated product portfolio. In this high-impact role, you’ll turn customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive trends into powerful strategies that accelerate growth. You’ll own the P&L, uncover new revenue opportunities, and drive profitability improvements that align with our client’s long-term vision for market leadership.

Our client is a US-based global leader in transit-packaging solutions and innovative products. They employ more than 7,000 across 6 continents, producing innovative products in more than 80 manufacturing facilities around the world and generating in excess of $2 billion in annual revenue.

Essential Functions

Product Innovation and Roadmap Development
Customer Insights and Voice of Customer (VOC)
Product Lifecycle Management
Opportunity Identification & Lead Generation
Pricing Strategy
Operational Footprint Alignment
Performance Measurement & KPIs

Qualifications

10 or more years of product management experience, preferably with an industrial business with similar customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a background in developing product line strategies and leading product portfolio management.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills.
Proven track record of launching successful products and driving growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Engineering. Masters degree in Marketing or Business is strongly preferred.
