This is a hands-on project management role requiring exceptional organization, stakeholder management, and follow-through. You'll be responsible for ensuring project activities remain aligned, visible, and progressing toward key milestones while navigating multiple regions, workstreams, and time zones.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and action trackers.
Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, functions, and external partners.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, governance forums, and decision-making processes.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans, escalating concerns when appropriate.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delivery challenges.
Prepare concise executive-level status reporting and project updates.
Maintain project documentation, decision logs, meeting records, and project controls.
Support implementation readiness, operational execution, and post-launch stabilization activities.

Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and competing priorities.
