VertaseFLI is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join one of the country’s most respected remediation contractors.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your projects — from early design and pricing through to delivery, verification and client handover. You’ll act as Project Lead, driving performance, safety, compliance and commercial success.

You’ll be trusted to:

Lead the technical, operational and commercial delivery of remediation projects
Develop project strategies, manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance
Oversee CDM, health & safety and environmental performance
Manage and motivate site teams, engineers and subcontractors
Build strong relationships with clients, regulators and stakeholders
Support tendering, design development and pricing of new opportunities
Explore emerging remediation technologies to keep VertaseFLI ahead of the curve
Contribute to business development and the growth of the wider team

What You’ll Bring

A relevant degree and experience in remediation, environmental engineering, civil engineering or a related field
Membership of a professional or chartered body (e.g. APM)
Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills
Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams
A full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the UK
