At Wendover, we bring a different mindset to the fine art space and that takes a unique blend of strong collaboration, technical proficiency, and comfort with data. Our Team fosters a constant and continuous growth environment by embracing a high impact, low ego approach to teamwork.

Build the Business. Own the Details. Drive the Outcome.

Wendover Art Group is looking for an exceptional Account / Project Manager who can operate at two levels simultaneously: think strategically about the business while mastering the details required to execute.

This is not traditional account management. We are looking for a business builder, someone with the commercial acumen to understand how customers grow, the analytical ability to understand what drives profitability, and the operational discipline to turn strategy into results.

You will operate at the intersection of customer, product, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, financial performance, and growth.

One moment, you may be working with leadership on the growth strategy for a key account. The next, you may be challenging a timeline, analyzing an order, resolving a material constraint, addressing a quality issue, or identifying an opportunity to improve margin.

You need to be equally effective at 30,000 feet and 3 feet.

Master the product and operation. Understand our capabilities, materials, construction methods, production processes, lead times, quality standards, and cost implications.

Skills and Traits Necessary for Success

You are strategic, analytical, business minded, highly detailed, and relentlessly accountable.
You don't wait to be told there is a problem, you see it coming.
You can lead an executive-level customer conversation and then go deep into the data, production schedule, material availability, pricing, or logistics required to deliver on the commitment.
You understand that details are not administrative, they are where strategy either succeeds or fails.
You ask strong questions. You connect dots others miss. You challenge assumptions. You make decisions. You close loops.
And when something goes wrong, you don't simply explain the problem. You understand it, own it, solve it, and determine how to prevent it from happening again.

You are highly capable with Excel and data, comfortable operating in complex systems, and energized by understanding how a business actually works, from the customer and P&L implications through manufacturing and final delivery.
