At Worst Kept Secret, the Client Success department is all about delivering results, not just managing relationships. Dedicated to achieving client success, the team is divided into two key functions: Account Management and Project Management. Account Management focuses on account-level ownership – building strong client relationships, driving business results – while Project Management takes ownership at the project level – ensuring internal cohesion and the successful execution of jobs, output, and delivery. Both functions are equally committed to client success, requiring strong collaboration to seamlessly align strategic goals with flawless execution.

Within Client Success, the Project Management team is the operational engine of the agency. The team is accountable for how work gets done, from kickoff to completion. Project Management sets the course to hit our stated goals, bringing discipline, foresight, and consistency to delivery, thus ensuring that work is delivered efficiently and at the highest level of quality. Project Management partners closely with Account Management and cross-functional teams. They create structure, clarity, and maintain momentum across complex initiatives, balancing rigor with flexibility to support both client goals and agency health.
