Hourly Rate: $55-60/hr

This role will lead international projects involving Shopify and Zendesk from our U.S. headquarters. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience managing large enterprise projects within a PMO
- Basic knowledge of Shopify
- Experience in Retail and/or Supply Chain within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
- Experience managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Must be onsite in Austin, TX Monday through Thursday (no travel costs covered)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior Shopify implementation experience
- Familiarity with Japanese language (JLPT N4 or above) and/or Japanese business functions
- Experience with SAFe framework
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and manage international projects (Shopify and Zendesk - Japan) from Austin office
- Conduct and facilitate Discovery, Planning, and Execution workshops
- Track and document Risks, Issues, Action Items, and RACI matrices
- Prepare and deliver weekly status reports
- Create and manage Project Change Requests as needed
- Conduct Agile Scrum meetings
- Participate in resource forecasting
- Perform project close-out activities
- Ensure delivery of projects on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including executive leadership
