Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing small to medium-sized projects that support corporate goals. This role involves working with business partners to implement projects that may be technical or business-related, applying project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities

· This role involves working with business partners to implement projects that may be technical or business-related, applying project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery
· The position is 100% remote.
· Manage a variety of simultaneous small to medium size projects across business units
· Lead projects across IT and Business Units managing the delivery of both technical capabilities and associated operational readiness
· Develop project charter and planning documents
· Partner with sponsors to secure project approval
· Develop communication management plan and define project team roles and responsibilities
· Develop deployment plan and lead project meetings
· Identify, document, and prioritize scope changes and facilitate approval process
· Maintain and update all project documents and issue logs
· Facilitate resolution of issues and execute communication plans
· Regularly report status of projects and manage ROI throughout the project lifecycle
· Track and manage time and budget against plan and develop testing strategy
· Conduct project close-out activities and prepare for quality review checkpoints
Qualifications
· PM in a related field
· Minimum of 5 years professional project management experience, with at least 2 years leading and directing project tasks
· Demonstrated ability to create an effective team environment and build strong relationships
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in a Matrix environment
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Experience working in a lead role on one or more projects
