What We’re Looking For
We need a self-starting, results-oriented Senior Project Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and can independently lead complex, cross-functional technology projects from start to finish. You’ll be the driving force behind strategic initiatives—ensuring alignment, momentum, and successful delivery without direct staff management.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of direct project management experience, including full lifecycle implementations
- 5+ years of technical expertise in deploying enterprise software and data center technologies
- Proven ability to lead independently, manage shifting priorities, and deliver under pressure
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and BI platforms
- PMP, SAFe, or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license (Virginia license required within 60 days of hire)
Your Mission
As a Senior PM, you’ll be entrusted with high-impact projects that shape the future of our technology landscape. You’ll coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders—ensuring every initiative is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute technology-driven projects aligned with organizational priorities
- Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and success criteria
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain momentum and resolve roadblocks
- Communicate proactively through reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
- Manage risks and scope changes with agility and strategic foresight
- Drive post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize tools like Microsoft Project, Planview PPM Pro, JIRA, and Confluence to track progress and adjust plans
- Prepare executive-level presentations and documentation to support decision-making

Location & Schedule
