Location: Walbridge, Ohio (open to 100% traveling) Salary Range: $130,000 – $160,000+ annually, based on experience and qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 12–15 years of experience in the construction industry and project management
- Proven history of managing large commercial and industrial construction projects
- Strong computer skills relevant to construction project management
- Knowledge of safety best practices and procedures
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to travel out-of-state for the duration of projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, pivot with unexpected changes, and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Nice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive:
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with various contract delivery methods
- Strategic planning and implementation experience
- Ability to build and lead cohesive teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Situational awareness and crisis management capabilities
- Experience identifying client needs and managing projects from concept to completion
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Outline key tasks and expectations for the role:
- Oversee and manage large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects
- Develop and implement strategies for timely and cost-effective project completion
- Provide regular project status updates to Construction Operations leadership
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Ensure adherence to quality standards through inspections and QA/QC processes
- Resolve construction challenges and prevent delays
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Participate in strategic and operational initiatives to support company growth
