Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale capital development initiatives within a healthcare setting. This role will lead project planning, design coordination, and construction execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, strategic insight, and technical expertise to guide multidisciplinary teams through complex project lifecycles.? Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for major capital construction projects, representing the organization’s interests across all phasesLead and coordinate internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project deliveryOversee all aspects of project development including planning, design, procurement, construction, inspection, and operational transitionEstablish project goals, monitor progress, and proactively resolve conflicts or delaysAdvise senior leadership on project strategy, financial planning, risk mitigation, and implementation decisionsSupport land acquisition efforts in collaboration with legal counsel and real estate leadershipPrepare and present regular updates to executive stakeholders, steering committees, and other decision-makersMake independent decisions that directly impact project outcomes, timelines, and strategic objectivesEvaluate project performance across financial, scheduling, staffing, and risk dimensions?
