Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Granville, PA, with regional travel.
Schedule: 8am–5pm standard hours, with flexibility as needed.

Position Summary
We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee multiple small-to-mid-sized construction projects across several states in the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a growth hire designed to support our expanding territory and increasing project volume. The ideal candidate will be experienced in general contracting and project management, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple jobs in various phases simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 10–20 active projects, typically smaller in scale, across PA, MD, WV, DE, VA, NJ, and surrounding states.
- Coordinate 2–4 job deployments weekly, ensuring seamless execution and foreman support.
- Maintain constant communication with field crews, planning upcoming jobs and troubleshooting issues.
- Assist estimators with material needs and bid preparation (not heavy estimating).
- Oversee project phases from pre-construction to closeout, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
- Conduct site checks ahead of time, ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
- Regional travel typically 1–2 days per week.
- Use Viewpoint software and other tools (AutoCAD+, AI tools) to manage project data and blueprints.
- Support field staff working independently, offering flexibility and responsiveness.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project management experience in construction or general contracting.
- Familiarity with construction software (Viewpoint preferred), blueprint reading, and AutoCAD.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects across different phases and regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $80,000–$100,000 annually.
- Quarterly bonus structure with potential for stacking bonuses.
- Profit sharing (select PMs).
