Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Onsite – Louisville, KY
Contract Type: Contract through December 2026
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead healthcare IT implementations and infrastructure standardization projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can hit the ground running, and has a strong background in enterprise technology and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
- Lead network and infrastructure standardization efforts across healthcare environments
- Coordinate telecom and end-user technology upgrades and deployments
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and budget tracking
- Drive change management and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in healthcare settings
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, and MS O365
- Proven success in network infrastructure and telecom standardization projects
- Strong understanding of end-user technology and collaboration tools
- Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex projects
