We’re looking for a visionary Product Manager to lead the creation of a revolutionary decision support system. Description
In this role, you serve as the unifying thread — anchoring business needs while partnering with world-class engineering, data science, and design teams to define, build, and launch a system that leverages next-gen AI/ML models and a groundbreaking LLM-powered interface.
Responsibilities
- Drive clarity and momentum—Keep teams moving forward with a defined and prioritized product vision and strategy, translated into a concrete, actionable roadmap that inspires and aligns teams.
- Flex with intention—Comfortably drive multiple initiatives while making tough prioritization calls without compromising quality or speed.
- Resolve ambiguity with structure and focus—Leverage your deep understanding of the AI/ML product development lifecycle and experience defining and launching products that leverage AI/ML, NLP, or Large Language Models to solve real-world business problems. Engage in deep technical discussions with engineering and data science teams on topics like model feasibility, data architecture, and technical trade-offs.
- Simplify the complex—Apply exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an ability to distill intricate technical and strategic concepts into clear, persuasive language for diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
- Advocate for the user—Translate user needs into effective product solutions, guided by empathy for users, coupled with a passion for creating intuitive, elegant, and novel user experiences..
- Keep business tied to all decisions—Utilize strong analytical skills with the ability to define product KPIs, analyze user data, and make data-informed product decisions and prioritization trade-offs.
- Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for our next-generation decision support system.
- Author clear and concise product requirement documents (PRDs), epics, and user stories that effectively guide the development team.
- Define and prioritize features, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business value to ensure we are always working on what matters most.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the product, monitor its performance, and provide insights for future iteration.
- Communicate the product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and building excitement for your vision.
- Formulate a strategy for continuous iteration and improvement based on quantitative data and qualitative user feedback working with cross functional business partners.
- Partner with Sales, Finance marketing, Product Marketing, Legal, and IS&T to deliver a cohesive and impactful product experience from end to end.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
- Proven ability to translate business needs and user problems into clear, well-defined product requirements and user stories.
- Experience with the full product lifecycle, from ideation and research to launch and iteration.
- Excel at understanding user pain points and motivations, and using those insights to guide product development and build user trust.
- High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity in rapidly evolving technological landscapes.
- Proven understanding of business KPIs and how to connect product outcomes to business impact.
- Demonstrates the highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
- Solid track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping complex, data-intensive, AI/ML products from concept to launch in a large, global enterprise.
- 5+ years of experience working in a global or geo role is highly preferred.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
