Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in HR and SAP SuccessFactors to support a major digital transformation initiative. This role will guide business users through process discussions, system functionality, and ensure alignment during configuration reviews, documentation, and testing cycles. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors modules, combined with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between business users and technical teams
- Facilitate discussions on HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors functionality
- Review configuration documents, functional specs, and testing plans
- Ensure project milestones are met and maintain governance standards
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional team activities and manage priorities
- Develop and deliver project status reports and presentations
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and change impacts
- Mentor and motivate team members and vendors to ensure accountability
- Conduct training and informational sessions for business users
Required Expertise
- Full life cycle implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Hands-on exposure to Employee Central (EC) module
- Proven ability to manage large-scale HRIS technology projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build consensus and facilitate workshops
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management
- Proven experience in HRIS implementations including SAP SuccessFactors
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (onsite and remote)
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
