Job Description:
Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 12 Months Contract Role
Location: Jacksonville, FL
This role is responsible for supporting platform security functions. Key responsibilities include adapting current processes and controls for a dual production platform (A/B Strategy). Provide solutions that will ensure minimal impact to platform users while remaining in compliance with the Bank's Global Information Systems (GIS) standards.
Candidate will be expected to also monitor, analyze and report security events for multiple production platforms, analyze events on daily basis and providing process improvements to support an A/B strategy between the two production platforms. Job expectations include serving as individual contributor to handle various tasks associated with Data Warehouse Security Management and respond to inquiries on a timely manner. Documents processes, procedures and contributes to process improvement efforts.
• Produce Project Support documentation
• Familiarity with ITSM Remedy Change Management (CRQs)
• Familiarity with Teradata SQL and Tools
• Self motivator and attention to detail driven
• Project Management skills should include familiarity with JIRA and Agile methodology, but not required. Must be able to facilitate conference calls and provide detailed meeting minutes. Must be familiar with Remedy, MS Office Tools, and SharePoint.
Experience with the following concepts and tools:
Teradata (SQL, Tools)
Ability to access data and perform independent research into security problems, determining root cause and proposing solutions.
