What to Expect
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join the Cell Technology team to integrate cell materials, design, and modeling workflows for current cell products and future cell technology. The role requires a strong technical background in broad electrochemical cell technologies and demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teams for complex technology & engineering trade-offs.
What You’ll Do
- Develop project plans, track and communicate status/blockers, and identify solutions to address critical gaps
- Create, maintain, and communicate schedules for technology development programs, effectively managing scope and dependencies across teams
- Communicate status and high-level picture to the project teams and executive management
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of industry experience in technical program management roles within the Li-ion cell technology space
- Leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to comprehend, communicate, and manage complex design tradeoffs across cross-functional teams
- Experience with AI tools, program management tools (Jira), and modeling/simulation work

Expected Compensation
$112,000 - $253,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
