Job Description:
Apex is seeking a TPM to work on a remote contract role for a AAA Video Game Studio.
The purpose of this team owns the authenticated user experience on the client's website, managing the signed‑in web experience that allows users to access settings, account‑related features, and content tied to the ecosystem.
• Lead recurring syncs, stand up, bug triage, timeline check ins, and design reviews with Engineering. Sometimes creating clarity with discussions across devs, designers, and partners in Marketing, Experimentation, User Research, and PM—setting tone, ensuring clarity, and driving alignment across disciplines.

• Act as the connective tissue: constantly translating business goals → technical requirements → team execution.

Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery in our single page application built in React. Drive program/project schedules and status reports. Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented. Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information. Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Provide program/project schedules and status reports.
• Hands on familiarity with React, single page applications (SPAs), and modern web development workflows.
• Comfortable facilitating conversations that clarify requirements, scope, and success criteria and driving decisions when teams get stuck or veer off track.
• Understanding of web platform enhancements, content systems, and services powering large scale websites such as Minecraft.net.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, hybrid delivery models).

Candidate Requirements:
7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Producer or related experience.
7+ years of experience with SDLC methodologies such as: Waterfall, SCRUM, or other agile methodologies
5+ years experience with Web, Game or other accessible digital platform, compliance, privacy, and player‑safety standards
