Job Description:
PMP Certification Required
Experience in HR, Payroll, and/or Finance IT Projects Preferred
-Oversees the full project lifecycle from initial definition through implementation, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed‑upon scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. Develops comprehensive project plans, drives key milestones, and maintains clear communication with project teams and stakeholders. Provides daily leadership and direction to project resources while ensuring effective change management throughout the engagement.
-Responsible for preparing project documentation, status updates, and budget reporting. Requires strong communication skills, interpersonal effectiveness, negotiation ability, project planning expertise, sound judgment, leadership, decision‑making capability, analytical strength, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word is essential.
-Focuses on IT projects and initiatives, with a preference for candidates who have supported HR or Finance technology programs. PMP certification is required.
