Project Manager / Project Coordinator (Telecom Support)

Overview
Our client is seeking a detail oriented Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support ongoing network and operational initiatives. This role focuses on project tracking, KPI reporting, facilitating calls, maintaining documentation, and supporting senior project managers in day to day execution.
It’s ideal for someone early in their PM career who is organized, confident communicating with stakeholders, and comfortable working across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Track project activities, timelines, status updates, and action items.
- Maintain and update KPI dashboards and weekly/monthly reporting.
- Host and facilitate internal and external project calls.
- Document meeting notes, next steps, and follow through items.
- Support senior project managers with project planning and issue tracking.
- Manage project folders, SharePoint sites, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Help identify risks, schedule conflicts, or delays and escalate as needed.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Field resources.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of project coordination, junior PM, or business operations experience.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable leading calls, speaking with stakeholders, and facilitating discussions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience working in telecom, technology, engineering, or network-related environments.
- Exposure to PM tools (Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Jira, Project).
- Familiarity with basic project management frameworks (Agile or Waterfall).
