Job Title: Transition Project Manager
Pay Rate: $55-59/hr
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 to 6 month contract to start

Transition Project Manager-Must have used ServiceNow as their primary platform for managing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive transition plans that outline project schedules, resource allocation, risk and contract management strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the transition process, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with the transition and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the progress of transition activities, making necessary adjustments to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Post-Transition Support: Provide support after the transition to resolve any issues and ensure a smooth handover to operations.
- Customer Experience: Engagement with client to ensure all scoped entitlements are understood and delivered in alignment with project schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management or transition management is essential (3-5 years). Familiarity with transition management software (ServiceNow) and project management tools is highly desired.
- Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a solid understanding of change management principles are crucial.
