About the Role
We are seeking a tech‑savvy, curious, and highly driven Program Advisor / Project Manager to support a large portfolio of digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. This role supports a department managing 30+ active projects, ranging from low‑scope process enhancements to large, strategic technology implementations.
This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn emerging technologies, comfortable navigating change, and skilled at connecting business needs with IT solutions. You will help modernize processes, introduce new tools, and support teams as they transition from manual workflows to automated, data‑driven systems.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Lead and support multiple projects of varying size and complexity, including two major initiatives and numerous enhancement efforts.
- Conduct discovery, gather requirements, and document current and future state needs.
- Drive low‑ to medium‑scope technical solutions such as dashboards, Smartsheet workflows, and automation enhancements.
- Over time, take on larger and more strategic technology projects.
Operational & Process Support
- Assist in the transition from manual and paper‑based processes to digital platforms.
- Support the development of user guides, training materials, and adoption documentation.
- Provide production support and complete administrative tasks related to ongoing systems.
- Participate in quarterly governance meetings and provide monthly financial and effort reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Lead weekly project meetings and communicate timelines, status, and risks.
- Maintain and share project schedules across various teams.
- Work with business partners to guide them through technology solutions (e.g., Excel → Power Automate workflows).
- Collaborate with SCG teams, IT groups, developers, and other cross‑functional partners.
Project Lifecycle Management
- Track project milestones, identify end‑of‑lifecycle stages, and coordinate final steps and notifications.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and deliver expected outcomes.
- Demonstrate self‑direction, especially during project wrap‑up periods, by seeking out additional ways to contribute.
