Top Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience in a regulated environment (financial services preferred)
- Experience supporting regulatory, risk, compliance, Financial Crimes, AML, or BSA initiatives
- Strong PM fundamentals: project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, and change management
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Plusses:
- Experience supporting Higher Risk Customer Management or Financial Crimes workstreams
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Large enterprise financial services experience
- Exposure to LEAN or process improvement methodologies
Job Summary:
The Regulatory Project Manager will support strategic execution and regulatory initiatives within Wells Fargo’s Strategic Execution and Regulatory Support team. This role will provide project management support for a Higher Risk Customer Management workstream, partnering closely with an existing Project Manager who owns the workstream. The ideal candidate brings strong regulatory experience, solid execution skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support a Higher Risk Customer Management workstream with day-to-day project execution
- Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action items and follow-ups
- Assist with project reporting, status updates, and executive-ready materials
- Manage change requests, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Maintain core PM artifacts including project plans, RAID logs, and trackers
- Host and facilitate meetings as needed
