Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in PCBA/MOBO L6, L10 integration, L11 Rack integration in engineering or manufacturing.
- 7 years of experience with operations in general assembly and automation technologies.
- 5 years of experience as a technical program manager or program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will manage Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and their day-to-day operations and systems. Your focus will include overseeing logistics, inbound and outbound material, on-time delivery, capacity requirements, NPI activities, reverse logistics including Return Materials/Merchandise Authorization (RMAs), and various other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in relation to the manufacturing footprint located at a Google Data Center.The AI and Infrastructure team is redefining what’s possible. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive the program management and bring-up of a colocated Contract Manufacturer (CM) or regional manufacturing operations for data center infrastructure hardware including Google Cloud, storage, compute, machine learning, and network technology.
- Co-ordinate cross-functional activities across contract manufacturers, New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering, logistics, data center operations, supply chain, planning, quality, and production.
- Assess business risks and enhance key performance indicators to build flexible capacity that meets customer needs, while delivering mentoring and feedback to the CM management team based on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and field quality insights.
- Reduce complexity and improve communications between cross-functional teams and platforms by establishing key ownership and identifying role and responsibility gaps.
- Lead and develop a team of operations professionals, providing direction and professional development.
