Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- Experience building accessibility best practices, and incorporating
- accessibility into product development methodologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Experience with content policy, adversarial abuse, and policy enforcement.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end product life-cycle for critical infrastructure, from requirements definition to launch and iteration.
- Partner closely with Detection, Engineering, and Scaled Abuse to ensure seamless integration of enforcement and measurement tools.
- Act as the primary bridge between technical infrastructure teams and operational business partners, managing expectations, roadmap dependencies, and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Define and drive the product goal for adversarial enforcement infrastructure, translating operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
