Spotify for Artists supports over a million active artists worldwide with tools that help them grow their audience and connect with fans. Within the Music Mission, this team focuses on making our marketing tools - like Marquee and Showcase - accessible, scalable, and easy to purchase. You’ll help expand access to new audiences, improve payment experiences, and protect the platform from fraud, all while enabling more artists to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Set the direction and roadmap for how artists access and pay for Spotify’s promotional tools
- Work closely with engineering, design, and insights to build and launch products that serve artists globally
- Identify opportunities to expand to new customer segments, including international users
- Improve payment experiences so customers can easily and securely purchase tools
- Partner with finance, legal, and sales teams to ensure smooth commercialization and compliance
- Define success metrics and use data to guide decisions and measure impact
- Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical scalability when prioritizing work
Who You Are
- You have 2+ years of experience working in product management or a related role within cross-functional teams
- You are experienced in collaborating with partners across disciplines and building alignment in a matrixed environment
- You communicate ideas clearly and can tailor your message to different audiences
- You have worked on digital products, with exposure to B2B or B2C environments
- You have an understanding of payments, monetization, or similar domains
- You care about creating meaningful experiences for artists and their teams
- You bring a collaborative mindset and support a positive, inclusive team environment
- You are comfortable working across time zones with distributed teams

- This team operates within the Eastern Standard time zone for collaboration.

The United States base range for this position is $95,658 - $136,654 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, a monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. These ranges may be modified in the future.
