Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional programs that expand Amazon's reach to underserved customer segments. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of programs spanning payments, grocery, benefits acceptance, and customer acquisition — coordinating across engineering, product, design, legal, compliance, and external partners (e.g., USDA FNS, state agencies, payment networks).

About the team
The Amazon Access team's mission is to remove the barriers that make shopping on Amazon difficult for lower-income and underserved customers while building complementary products and programs to drive long-term engagement. We focus on raising awareness and driving adoption of our programs, addressing CX pain points around payment friction, selection gaps, price perception, and inclusive shopping experiences.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
