Contract Duration: 12 Months
Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments and business units. This role involves managing, leading, and directing the work efforts of project resources. The position requires end-to-end integration of various work streams to deliver the intended project solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, timeline, and budget/expenses.
- Obtain and align resources to key project roles, establishing clear responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Oversee, manage, and lead project execution, integration, and implementation.
- Conduct risk management and mitigation planning.
- Manage readiness, change adoption, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure quality assurance and satisfaction of all applicable change requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the project.
- Represent senior project stakeholders where required.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, including work on agile projects, preferably within the financial industry.
Technical Skills: Experience with AI tools such as Co-pilot and agile tools like Bitbucket and Jenkins.
Functional Skills: Proficiency as an Agile scrum master.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay rate for this position is between $62.00 and $67.70 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and experience.
