The Amazon Kids+ team builds innovative products and services for children ages 3-12 and their caregivers across Amazon Fire Tablets, Fire TV, Echo devices, and Kindle. We are seeking a seasoned product and business leader to join our Kids+ team. In this role, you will define and build the Amazon Kids+ service as a product, owning the strategy for experiences, value proposition, and growth.
You will be responsible for establishing long-term vision and strategy for critical growth areas of our subscription service, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, retention, and business planning. You will partner closely with science & tech leaders and software engineers to build innovative, customer-facing features that will scale and optimize growth in order to reach more families. You will also work closely with and influence marketing teams and finance to bring your vision & strategy to life.
Our ideal candidate will have deep product management experience in consumer services - preferably subscriptions - data analytics expertise, ability to influence technical product investments, strong track record working with AI/ML, business intelligence, and the right balance between innovative thinking and delivering viable, customer-facing solutions that reinforce Kids+'s position as a leading service for families.
Key job responsibilities
Strategy & Growth
- Support the Kids+ subscriber growth strategy, with a focus on acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives across devices and geographies
- Drive subscriber growth through data-informed acquisition and retention strategies, partnering with marketing teams to optimize conversion funnels and retention programs
- Leverage business intelligence and data analytics to identify opportunities across acquisition channels and inform product and marketing decisions
- Partner with marketing teams to align product features with customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Use engagement metrics, performance analytics, and business economics to drive data-informed decision making and prioritization
Product Leadership – Parent Savings Hub
- Serve as the single-threaded owner of the Kids+ Parent Savings Hub, driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution
- Lead development of feature PRFAQs, gap analysis, and Business Requirements Documents for growth and retention initiatives
- Collaborate with finance teams to model business economics and understand unit economics impacts
Cross-Functional Partnership & Execution
- Partner across the subscriber lifecycle—from acquisition through retention—to deliver cohesive, customer-centric experiences
- Work with engineering and science teams to build scalable features that optimize growth and reduce churn
- Collaborate with Device PMs and platform teams to influence capabilities that support Kids+ subscriber growth and retention goals
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
