職務說明
1. 具備專案執行及管理能力，掌控專案的時程、成本及資源分配。
2. 具備良好的溝通協調能力，協助專案過程推動，整合專案資源與問題解決。
3. 與內部各部門（如銷售、服務、技術支援、採購等）進行有效的協調合作，以確保專案順利進行。
4. 撰寫施工計劃書及做工作分配，擬訂專案架構及範疇。
5. 專案各階段會議討論策劃、召集、紀錄及進度跟催。
6. 業主關係維護、諮詢回饋與須求整理。
7. 與客戶保持良好的溝通和合作關係，並確保客戶滿意。
8. 識別和評估專案潛在風險，並制定應對策略。
9. 向管理層彙報專案進度和相關資訊。
10. 監控專案成本，並確保成本控制在預算範圍內。
11. 推動團隊成員的合作和學習
