Apex Systems is hiring an IT Project Manager for a large Healthcare client.
Location: Fully remote anywhere in the US.
Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of multiple projects. This role involves developing cost-benefit analyses, creating and reporting program status via dashboards, and managing program financial concerns. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and possess strong innovation and facilitation skills to communicate technical components effectively to various parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of multiple projects and define project governance policies.
- Develop cost-benefit analyses for the program.
- Communicate with executive committees and report on program status.
- Allocate resources across multiple projects.
- Manage the financial aspects of the program.
- Interface effectively with all organizational levels, including business units.
- Utilize and manage external vendors and resources.
- Build and maintain team relationships and partnerships across the organization.
Required Qualifications
Education: A High School diploma is required.
Experience: 8+ years of relevant project management experience is required. Candidates with a BA/BS Degree may qualify with 4 years of experience.
Technical Skills: SharePoint, Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree.
- PMP certification.
- Proficiency with ConWeb, Jira, and Microsoft Project/Planner.
