NetSuite Project ManagerRemote (U.S.-Based) | Full-Time | ERP Consulting

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead ERP implementation projects for a growing portfolio of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a project management professional who thrives in fast-paced consulting environments and enjoys guiding teams and clients through successful ERP transformations.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the project management lifecycle, experience leading full-cycle NetSuite implementations, and the ability to balance client expectations, project timelines, and delivery excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead NetSuite implementation projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, work breakdown structures, and status reporting
Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and change control processes
Ensure successful delivery of project milestones, objectives, and client expectations
Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, business stakeholders, and leadership
Serve as the primary point of communication for both internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive communications
Drive issue resolution and proactively identify potential project risks
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery standards
Conduct project retrospectives and apply lessons learned to future engagements

What We're Looking ForRequired Experience

5+ years of project management experience
3+ years of experience leading full-cycle ERP implementation projects
Hands-on experience managing NetSuite implementation projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote consulting environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the SuiteSuccess implementation methodology
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
Experience working within consulting or professional services organizations
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
