The Consumer Electronics (CE) Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for driving the development and launch of innovative new products and features to enhance the customer experience and drive growth for the CE business.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformational projects that expand the CE product portfolio and capabilities within the Amazon Mexico Store. This will involve collaborating closely with partners across Tech, Marketing, Payments, Finance, Sales, and other key stakeholders to define the roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful execution.
You will be a strategic thinker able to identify opportunities, define the product vision, and deliver tangible results that contribute to customer acquisition and business growth.
A day in the life
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop the long-term product vision and strategy for CE's portfolio.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements.
- Create the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
- Define product requirements, features, and user experiences to meet strategic objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Align stakeholders on product goals, requirements, and launch plans.
- Manage interdependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across the organization.
- Communicate progress, issues, and decisions to leadership.
Product Launch:
- Drive the planning and execution of new product /program launches and feature releases.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze product data, user analytics, and market intelligence to inform decisions.
- Generate reports and insights to demonstrate business impact.

Basic Qualifications: - 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience with SQL
- Knowledge of project management tools
