Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in agreement negotiations.
- Experience with process documentation, process mapping, and workflow improvements.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with data centers or infrastructure based industry.
- Significant experience supporting teams to deliver projects in fast-paced and constantly evolving environments.
- Ability to drive work in environments and on projects with ambiguity and unknowns.
- Data analysis skills (e.g., Sheets, SQL).

As the Data Center commercial readiness Program Manager, you will help design and develop service deployment models that allow our sites to scale their operations efficiently at an ever increasing velocity. The process must be built upon a strong culture of respect, empowerment, data, and speed.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and launch new service model initiatives that drive improvement in the visibility and scalability of our service models. Ensure these processes scale with the future growth of the business.
- Partner with equipment supply chain to ensure operational requirements for new suppliers are vetted.
- Drive standardization and consistency across the national maintenance agreement process to ensure uniform decision making and business objectives are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with our partner organizations to ensure they are actively participating, engaged, and involved early and often.
- Drive quarterly business reviews with strategic partners and internal stakeholders.
