Technical Program Manager, Business Engineering Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional Business Engineering programs that deliver advertiser-facing solutions at scale, acting as the "COO" to drive operational excellence and program outcomes
- Rapidly translate client insights into Meta's product roadmap, leveraging prototypes to validate, iterate, and scale innovative solutions that address client needs
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality execution across all phases of the program lifecycle
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to clarify requirements, align on priorities, and ensure solutions are delivered to meet business objectives
- Identify and proactively mitigate risks, streamline execution, and scale best practices to maximize productivity and impact across programs
- Collaborate with legal, policy, and compliance teams to ensure all solutions and partnerships adhere to local and global regulations, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and trust
- Define, track, and report on program OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in program delivery and advertiser value
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of program management experience in technology, digital advertising, business engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs in a matrixed, global organization, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and at scale
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience communicating with and building relationships across engineering, product, business, and external partners, including written and verbal communication of program status, risks, and decisions
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
- Experience working with large-scale systems or platforms, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in scaling technology solutions
- Experience in enterprise B2B or platform go-to-market environments
- Demonstrated experience operating in early/pre-PMF product environments where scope, process, and playbooks are being defined (not just executed)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Track record of using AI to build operational tooling or automation to improve team efficiency at scale
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience coordinating across multiple geographies or regional teams with competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience with AI/ML product adoption in enterprise contexts

United States of America: $132,000/year to $189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
