Program Execution Group Manager – Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) OZJ
Credence supports the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) by providing advanced technology solutions including AI/ML, enterprise modernization, and advanced intelligence capabilities. The Program Execution Group Manager will support AFLCMC/OZJ in Washington, D.C. to execute AFLCMC/CC-directed projects and provide rapid, informed responses supporting decision making and requirements implementation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting day‑to‑day business including executive calendar management, meeting scheduling, preparation of technical material, management presentations, and briefing materials.
- Maintain MS Outlook calendars and schedules of leadership personnel to facilitate office operations.
- Coordinate briefings, papers, and inputs ensuring continuity and standardization across reports.
- Consolidate information, generate charts, and facilitate staff meetings for senior program management, using data from tracking systems.
- Use Microsoft Office applications to produce databases, spreadsheets, graphics, and organization charts; answer telephone calls and convey messages for organization staff.
- Manage and track internal and external suspense task requirements using appropriate tools.
- Assist the office with training and preparation of staff summary sheets and packages.
- Consolidate package information for staffing to senior staff organizations throughout the DAF and DoD, effectively communicating with all outside agencies.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, including video teleconferencing and room set‑up.
- Support internal and external briefings and reports by creating slides, briefing charts, and graphics using relevant software and SharePoint.
- Propose and implement improvements to visual and computer‑based communications for internal processes.
- Draft reports and briefs from functional areas and division chiefs for internal or external decisions; produce status reports as required.
- Act as a Travel Review Official (RO) by reviewing travel authorizations and vouchers in the DoD Defense Travel System (DTS) for completeness before approval.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure adequate levels of consumables needed for presentations and graphics.
- Coordinate divisions’ top issues, activity reports, and briefings for IO staff meetings.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a related field with at least ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, five (5) of which must be in the DoD, or
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, five (5) of which must be in the DoD, or
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD.
